By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older at the time of registration and remain so throughout the period in which your Account is active.

You must be physically located in Indonesia and possess a valid Indonesian national identity document (KTP) or equivalent government-issued identification at the time of registration and at all times during which you access the Services.
2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order, guardianship arrangement, or other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into contractual obligations under Indonesian law.
2.4 Self-Exclusion. You must not be subject to any self-exclusion or voluntary account suspension arrangement, whether imposed by xl888 or by any other operator. If you have previously requested self-exclusion from xl888 and that exclusion period has not expired, you are not eligible to register a new Account or access the Services by any means.
2.5 Single Account. Each eligible individual may register and maintain exactly one Account. Registration of multiple Accounts by the same individual — regardless of the email address, payment method, or device used — is a material breach of these Terms and Conditions.
3.1 Registration Information. To open an Account, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian mobile phone number, active email address, and preferred payment method details. You agree to update this information promptly if any of it changes after registration.
3.2 Username and Password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party, and you must not permit any other person to access or use your Account. xl888 will treat all activity conducted through your Account as authorised by you unless you have previously notified us of a security breach.
3.3 Account Security. In the event that you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify xl888 support immediately via live chat or by email to [email protected]. xl888 will promptly suspend the Account pending investigation and credential reset. xl888 is not liable for losses arising from unauthorised Account access where the Member has failed to notify xl888 promptly upon becoming aware of the breach.
3.4 Account Ownership. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account, your Balance, or any Bonus Funds to any third party. Any such attempted transfer is void and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.
xl888 reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of ongoing access to the Services; xl888 may restrict, suspend, or close any Account at any time where required by these Terms and Conditions or by applicable internal compliance procedures.
4.1 Verification Trigger. xl888 may request identity verification documents from any Member at any time. Verification is mandatory prior to the processing of a Member's first withdrawal request and may be required again at any subsequent point at xl888's sole discretion.

5.5 No Deposit Fees. xl888 does not charge processing fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may levy transaction fees independent of xl888. Any such fees are your sole responsibility.
6.1 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
6.2 Withdrawal Channels. Withdrawals are paid to the same bank account or e-wallet used to make the Member's most recent deposit, subject to the payment provider's acceptance of inbound transfers. xl888 does not process withdrawal payments to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
6.3 Processing Time. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically processed within one to five minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, and other supported banks are typically completed within five to fifteen minutes. All stated times assume that the Member's KYC verification is current and no Account review is in progress.
6.4 Withdrawal Conditions. The following conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal request will be approved:

7.2 Wagering Requirements. All Bonus Funds are subject to a Wagering Requirement that must be fulfilled before any part of the bonus balance (or winnings derived from it) may be withdrawn. Conduct that constitutes promotional abuse includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim a single-account offer, placing offsetting bets designed to reduce risk exposure to near zero while fulfilling a Wagering Requirement, and participating in a promotion through a payment method or device linked to a previously suspended Account.
7.6 Modification and Cancellation. xl888 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Modifications will not affect Bonus Funds already credited to a Member's Account in good faith, except where fraud or Terms and Conditions abuse is identified.
8.1 Finality of Results. All sportsbook results are determined by the relevant governing body or official result provider for each event. 8.3 Obvious Error. 8.4 Event Cancellation and Postponement. If a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or postponed and does not resume within 72 hours of the original scheduled start time, all open bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned unless the relevant sport-specific rules state otherwise.
8.5 In-Play Betting. In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to real-time availability and may be suspended or refused at any time during an event at xl888's discretion. The live odds displayed are indicative; there may be a short delay between the displayed odds and those at which a bet is formally accepted.

The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the xl888 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to relevant authorities where legally required:
10.1 Ownership. All content on the xl888 platform — including but not limited to the xl888 brand name, logo, trade dress, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, odds data, promotional materials, and written content — is the exclusive property of xl888 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

12.2 Wagering Losses. xl888 is not liable for any financial losses you incur as a result of wagering activity on the platform. All betting and gaming involves inherent financial risk, and by accepting these Terms and Conditions you acknowledge that you understand and accept that risk entirely.
12.3 Indirect Losses. Where xl888's liability cannot be excluded entirely under applicable law, xl888's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your xl888 Account during the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
13.1 Termination by the Member. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting xl888 support via live chat or email. Pending withdrawal requests must be resolved before Account closure is finalised. xl888 will process any verified real-money Balance remaining in the Account to your registered payment method within five business days of the closure request being confirmed.
13.2 Suspension by xl888. xl888 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraudulent activity, money laundering, identity misrepresentation, age misrepresentation, or any conduct that poses a risk to the platform or other Members.

13.4 Responsible Gaming Closure. Where a Member requests Account closure for responsible gaming reasons, xl888 will process the closure immediately, return any verified real-money Balance, and apply a self-exclusion flag to prevent re-registration under the same identity for the duration of the self-exclusion period selected by the Member.
